The real estate broker of record for NELSON BOSWELL, LLC, Nelson Boswell, Jr., JD, SRA, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984--starting out at the age of 22--with Merrill Lynch Realty in Tampa, Florida, where as a result of hard work and excellent sales and marketing training he was consistently one of the top listing sales persons.  He has been a real estate appraiser in Florida since 1986, and then a certified real estate appraiser since 1989 (when the certification law first took effect).  He is also an experienced home builder and has an active certified general contractors license.  He is a highly qualified expert witness in Florida state court and the Middle District Florida.  Mr. Boswell is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing System.  He earned a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude in September, 2019 and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  He is not a licensed attorney, but it is on the "to do" list.

Merrill Lynch Realty was later acquired by a large national real estate brokerage firm that was in turn acquired by another national real estate brokerage firm.  He was born and raised in Florida and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1978.

Over the past couple of decades, NELSON BOSWELL, LLC would list and market new homes built by NELSON BOSWELL, LLC.  To round out his experience in sales, appraisal and construction, Mr. Boswell obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School, concentrating in real estate law, regulation & compliance, research and writing, and government construction contracts.
